The solution contributes to faster customer service, reduced queues, increased transaction accuracy, and a significant improvement in operational efficiency in stores.

With the adoption of this technology, Renner has raised its customer service standards while strengthening control and reliability in physical retail operations. The partnership with ACURA, part of HID, reinforces Renner’s commitment to innovation, scalability, and operational excellence, consolidating RFID as a key element in its smart retail strategy.

+5,000 Hexapad-10 readers installed at Renner points of sale across South America.

Renner, one of the leading fashion retail chains in the region, has consolidated the use of RFID technology by successfully implementing more than 5,000 Hexapad-10 readers at its checkouts. With this technological foundation in place, the retailer is moving forward with the modernization of its stores by adopting AcuPad-50 Mini MUX readers in self-checkout solutions. This evolution enables customers to complete their purchases quickly and autonomously, using self-service checkout stations fully independent of operators, expanding convenience and efficiency at the point of sale through RFID technology. This initiative already represents a new milestone, with more than 700 AcuPad-50 Mini MUX units supplied for this specific application, reinforcing the scalability and maturity of the implemented solution.
