Under Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD), you have the right to request the deletion of your personal data stored by ACURA Technologies.
1Data We Can Delete
Personal data such as name, email, phone, and company; chatbot conversation history; and data submitted through contact and registration forms.
2Data We Cannot Delete
Data required for legal or tax compliance; and anonymized data already used for statistical purposes.
3How to Request
Send an email to the address below with the following information: your full name, the email registered in our systems, and a description of what you want deleted.
4Processing Time
Your request will be processed within 15 business days. You will receive a confirmation email when the deletion is complete.
