One of the solutions implemented allows for the identification of vehicles when passing through toll plazas, shopping mall gates, and condominium entrances.

Founded in 2001, DBTRANS established itself as a leader in providing mandatory toll vouchers for shippers and carriers throughout Brazil, with ANTT (National Land Transport Agency) approval. In 2006, it expanded its operations to the retail sector, offering the best technology in Automatic Vehicle Identification (AVI) for toll and parking lot passages. Headquartered in Rio de Janeiro with branches in Porto Alegre and São Paulo, DBTRANS is present in all toll plazas in Brazil, and its dedication to mastering radio frequency identification (RFID) technology allows for the development of solutions increasingly tailored to the needs of its clients.

To improve the experience of its users, DBTRANS identified the need for a system that would allow for the quick and uninterrupted passage of vehicles through toll plazas, shopping mall gates, and condominium entrances. To this end, it implemented a solution using UHF Tags, which are identified by readers installed near the gates. The Tag is installed on the vehicle's windshield, and as it approaches the installed antenna, the reader recognizes the Tag and automatically releases the passage, without the need to stop or exit the vehicle.

With this automation, the system eliminates the need for queues and the interruption of vehicle flow, offering a more agile and convenient solution for drivers. In addition, the system contributes to safety, allowing entry or exit to be done efficiently and without physical contact. The convenience and fluidity of the process result in a more positive experience for users, while DBTRANS continues to innovate in technological solutions to better serve its customers.
