


TSL-3166
The TSL-3166 incorporates TSL’s latest hardware innovations, delivering greater energy efficiency and enhanced performance, along with a significant increase in battery life.
Powered by the latest generation Impinj silicon, the reader achieves read rates of up to 1,200 tags per second, enabling multiple tag operations during a single inventory cycle, including reading different memory banks, writing data, and locking tags.
Its on-reader deduplication capability, supporting up to 1 million transponders, prevents connected host overload and ensures more efficient data transfer.
The device also supports passive sensor transponders, including temperature, strain, humidity, and acceleration sensing, compatible with HID solutions and other manufacturers, expanding its range of applications.
Thanks to the efficiency of its new internal hardware, the TSL-3166 provides longer operating times, allowing more tags to be read per charge, with up to 34% longer battery life compared to the TSL 2166.
Designed for reading and writing EPC Class 1 Gen 2 and EPC Class 1 Gen 2 V2 tags, the TSL-3166 can also be configured with a high-performance, best-in-class 2D barcode scanner, delivering advanced data capture capabilities for any connected host device.
