HexaPad-10
The HexaPad-10 USB is a desktop UHF RFID reader developed for applications that require practicality, accuracy, and controlled short-range reading. Its architecture has been designed to provide reliable and efficient operations in identification, tracking, and item registration processes, ensuring high performance in corporate, commercial, and healthcare environments.
Equipped with an integrated near-field antenna, it concentrates the reading area on the device’s surface, significantly reducing the unintended capture of tags located nearby. This feature provides greater operational accuracy and makes the device ideal for large-scale applications.
With power supply and communication through a USB connection, the reader offers quick and simplified installation, eliminating the need for external power supplies or additional infrastructure. In Autonomous Mode, it automatically performs readings and can transmit data through keyboard emulation (HID) or a virtual serial port, facilitating integration with existing systems.
For applications requiring greater flexibility, Transparent Mode enables the development of customized solutions through the Mercury API, providing advanced control over operations and integration with proprietary software. Compact, reliable, and easy to use, the HexaPad-10 is a versatile solution for environments that demand accuracy, agility, and efficiency in data capture.
