The HexaPad-10 USB is a desktop UHF RFID reader designed for applications that require practicality, precision and controlled short-range reading.
Its integrated near-field antenna focuses the reading area on the surface above the device, helping reduce unwanted reads from nearby tags. This makes it a strong fit for checkout, POS, asset management, hospitals, uniform control and tag encoding applications.
Powered and connected through USB, the HexaPad-10 offers quick and simple installation. In Autonomous Mode, it reads tags automatically and can send data through keyboard emulation or serial communication. In Transparent Mode, it can be integrated with custom software through the Mercury API, giving developers greater control for tailored solutions.
