The UHF HexaPad-10 Barcode reader is a tabletop reader with UHF RFID technology developed with a Near Field antenna with a restricted reading field.
The HexaPad-10 BC is a hybrid desktop solution that combines UHF RFID reading with integrated 1D and 2D barcode scanning in a single device.
Designed for environments that require practicality and efficiency, it enables RFID tag and barcode reading without the need for multiple peripherals. Its integrated near-field antenna focuses RFID reading on the surface above the device, helping reduce unwanted reads from nearby tags.
Powered and connected through USB, the HexaPad-10 BC offers quick and simple installation. In Autonomous Mode, it performs automatic readings and can send data through keyboard emulation or serial communication. In Transparent Mode, it can be integrated with custom applications through the Mercury API, providing greater flexibility for specific projects.
- Integrated Patch Near Field antenna, designed to focus reading on the area above the reader and reduce unwanted side reads;
- Ideal for checkout, POS, asset management, hospitals, uniform control, and tag encoding applications;
- Communication and power supplied directly via USB, with no external power supply required;
- Support for keyboard emulation and serial communication;
- Barcode scanner supporting 1D and 2D symbologies, including QR Code, Data Matrix, PDF417, EAN, UPC, Code 128, and Code 39.
